The publisher advises that the hardcover edition of this book has sold out and another printing has not been scheduled. This is the reason the book is selling at a premium through many on-line vendors. It should be noted, however, that the book is still available in many bookstores, including in the local Barnes & Noble near my home. You may want to call in advance, however, there is no guarantee that it is available in all such stores. The Skyhorse edition is still available for Kindle, Nook, Sony or other e-readers as well.
A new softcover edition is being prepared for publication in 2013, which will mark the 50 year anniversary of JFK's assassination. And another book, a "sequel" of sorts, will be ready for publication in the latter part of the year; tentatively titled "LBJ: The Disastrous Legacy of the Mastermind," the new book will validate and vindicate with new evidence many of the assertions made in LBJ: The Mastermind of the JFK Assassination. Furthermore, it will reveal even more of his treasonous actions as President.
Together, the two books tear off the veneer of LBJ as the great, magnanimous leader, the "Colossus" according to Bill Moyers, in his review of Mark Updegrove's paean to him, written to continue the construct that has been built by many other authors during the last half century. The new book will expose how Johnson planted lies that he knew would grow into "truths" through future books like these, even though these "truths" were conceived within his delusional mind. Those lies grew larger and larger during his presidency, finally forcing him to walk away from the very office that had been his life-long quest, his "destiny," to which he had been propelled by cross-fire in Dallas that he planned and facilitated.

This is about 45 minutes long, but every minute contains incredibly important background information which is key to understanding what really happened. I owe my entire "Reawakening" in 2003 about this case to having seen one of the original (of the five) 2003 broadcasts by the History Channel and realized my long-time suspicion about Johnson was correct (but the Johnson sycophants forced the History Channel to never rebroadcast it after 2003) . It was this realization that caused me to decide, three years later, to write the book. I should have acknowledged this within the book but neglected to do so, instead citing only the original sources for the same material that was used here, but it was this film that was the single "proximate cause" of the eventual book. So, Kudos to Ed Tatro, Walt Brown, Greg Burnham, Nigel Turner and all others associated with the production of this video!
